INTERNSHIPS

Computer Game Design / Game 491 Internships

MGTA provides internship opportunities for Computer Game Design students during the summer months. An internship with MGTA entails teaching or co-teaching one of our summer camps in game design topics. To fulfill the Game 491 credit, potential interns must commit to teaching 2 weeks of camps.

GMU students looking to apply to intern at MGTA should send their resume and cover letter to Josh Emswiller at jemswill@gmu.edu. Applications for the summer are due by March 1.

For more information on Game 491 Internship requirements, contact Jeremy Tuohy (wtuohy@gmu.edu) or Sang Nam (snam5@gmu.edu).

Non-GMU Internships

If you are a non-GMU student looking to intern with MGTA, contact Josh Emswiller at jemswill@gmu.edu. Please provide a short description of yourself, including your school’s name, your major, your skills, and what your internship requirements are along with a resume.
